Basic Lessons Forgotten

Anyone having a basic knowledge of economics will tell you that burden of tax does not always stay where politicians try to put it. President Obama is turning out to be a classic tax and spend democrat. Recently, he proposed to limit the tax deductibility of charitable contributions and claimed that this will transfer $7 Billion from charitable institutions to federal govt.
